A Warm Welcome and Valuable Insight into DS Gruppen

When you join a company that is actually one plus four, it is great to have the opportunity to see things first-hand. That is why our “New to DS” induction day is both an exciting and informative day for new employees.

We regularly hold induction days for new employees, and the latest one took place yesterday and was, as always, a really good day.

The day began with an introduction to the history of DS Gruppen and our journey into GOLDBECK. Jonas Bang Eriksen and Nils Stidsborg Arvidsson then took over to explain how DS Flexhal A/S operates and talk about all our valued partners.

Then it was time for a road trip. Everyone put on safety shoes, a safety vest and a helmet before heading to DS Elcobyg A/S, where Flemming Hvidberg Madsen spoke as passionately as ever about concrete and why we are so good at it.

After lunch, the tour continued to DS Stålkonstruktion A/S, where Kenny Ursin showed everyone around their large production halls, where their expertise in steel structures is evident.

The final stop away from the head office was DS Stålprofil A/S, where Rasmus Revsbæk Hansen spoke about their timeless roofing and façade solutions and how they are made.

The day concluded with an insight into our shared functions, including Marketing, headed by Tina Woods, People & Culture, led by Birgitte Svejstrup, and, of course, IT, with Morten Abildgaard Hansen at the helm.

It was a packed day involving plenty of walking and lots of information. It is always great to see how passionate our people are about their work!
