DS Gruppen was founded in 1969 and comprises DS Flexhal, a turnkey contractor delivering all types of commercial buildings; DS Stålkonstruktion, which designs, manufactures and installs steel structures; DS Elcobyg, which designs and manufactures precast concrete elements; and DS Stålprofil, which supplies roof and facade cladding in thin sheet steel.
DS Gruppen is headquartered in Hobro, with sales offices in Norway, Sweden and Germany. DS Gruppen and all companies within the group are owned by GOLDBECK, which, under its ambition of “building excellence”, constructs around 500 future-oriented properties across Europe every year. GOLDBECK employs more than 13,000 people at over 100 locations across Europe.
