DS Flexhal

Develops, designs and constructs commercial buildings as turnkey contracts, including warehouse, logistics and office buildings as well as car parks. DS Flexhal works with a project- and process-oriented approach and creates efficient and functional solutions in close collaboration with customers and partners.

DS Stålkonstruktion

Develops, produces and installs load-bearing steel structures for modern construction, including projects within industry, agriculture and retail. With high technical expertise and a strong project organisation, DS Stålkonstruktion delivers tailored solutions for both smaller and larger construction projects.

DS Elcobyg

Manufactures prefabricated concrete elements for residential, commercial, institutional and agricultural construction. With a focus on quality, precision and an efficient building process, DS Elcobyg delivers solid and durable solutions in close collaboration with contractors, consultants and developers.

DS Stålprofil

Manufactures roof and facade profiles in sheet steel for industrial and commercial construction. With many years of experience in the construction industry, DS Stålprofil delivers solutions with a focus on quality, flexibility and reliable delivery for all types of building projects.

DS Gruppen was founded in 1969 and comprises DS Flexhal, a turnkey contractor delivering all types of commercial buildings; DS Stålkonstruktion, which designs, manufactures and installs steel structures; DS Elcobyg, which designs and manufactures precast concrete elements; and DS Stålprofil, which supplies roof and facade cladding in thin sheet steel.

DS Gruppen is headquartered in Hobro, with sales offices in Norway, Sweden and Germany. DS Gruppen and all companies within the group are owned by GOLDBECK, which, under its ambition of “building excellence”, constructs around 500 future-oriented properties across Europe every year. GOLDBECK employs more than 13,000 people at over 100 locations across Europe.
