Ground Broken for Beierholm’s New Office Headquarters in Hobro

The first ground was broken for Beierholm’s new office headquarters in Hobro by Thomas Andersen and Kasper Sand Jensen, with Poul Wulff Rasmussen in the middle.

Beierholm partner Thomas Andersen began by welcoming everyone to the special occasion, which was well attended by colleagues, new neighbours and business partners in the beautiful weather.

Opportunities for growth and development are just some of the reasons why new, high-quality premises are needed. The office development will fulfil the desire for modern headquarters suited to the employees and ways of working together in the future.

“The new premises are an important investment in the future – we want to continue being Denmark’s best workplace, where we focus on wellbeing, collaboration and development,” said Kasper Sand Jensen, who is also a partner at Beierholm, in his speech. He continued: “We are very pleased with our main contractor, DS Flexhal A/S, where trust and quality have been the key principles throughout everything from concept development and planning to calculations and drawings. We now look forward to an equally successful construction process.”

Poul Wulff Rasmussen from DS Flexhal also said a few words about the project and its significance for both the Hobro area and Beierholm’s employees, emphasising: “The ambition for the project was high from the very beginning. It will be a distinctive building that is certain to reflect Beierholm’s DNA. The best solutions emerge when we help one another succeed – and that is exactly what has happened here.”

Beierholm’s new office headquarters were designed by Mikkel Rafn Chemnitz, an architect at DS Flexhal’s in-house design and drawing studio. The office headquarters will cover approximately 2,400 square metres, and the project will be managed by Thomas Kloster Jeppesen from DS Flexhal.

Beierholm’s aim was for the “groundbreaking ceremony” to be a day of celebration – and as the pictures show, that is exactly what it became.

The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in summer 2027.
