Around the Entire DS Gruppen in One Day

Yesterday, 16 new employees from across the DS Group’s companies took part in a joint induction day.

The purpose of the day is simple: to give our new colleagues a good start by providing insight into the Group and its four subsidiaries, while also strengthening relationships across the companies.

The day began at the head office with an introduction to DS Gruppens history, organisation and values, followed by a presentation of DS Flexhal.

The colleagues then headed to DS Elcobyg’s production facility wearing safety shoes, helmets and yellow high-visibility vests. Later, they visited DS Stålkonstruktion and finally DS Stålprofil, where they were given tours and saw the production facilities from the inside.

With plenty of impressions and many steps under their belts, the colleagues returned to the head office, where refreshments and a much-needed cup of coffee awaited them.

Before the day ended, the colleagues learned about some of the functions that work across and unite DS Gruppen – including the Group’s work on sustainability, marketing and People & Culture.
