Values

Values

Our values are trust, responsibility, humanity, commitment, and pioneer spirit, and they form the foundation for future development and growth.

Trust is reflected in products and projects and is the key to successful relationships with customers and partners. Responsibility involves a focus on sustainability, ethics, safety, and reliability. Humanity for us means showing mutual respect, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring our employees thrive and feel valued. Our sponsorship strategy is based on promoting the mental health and well-being of young people. High commitment ensures development, expertise, and quality in all areas. And the pioneer spirit promotes innovation and flexibility.

The DS Group is a story of ingenuity, enterprise, drive, and vision. It began in 1969 and is, above all, a story of integrity. Of never compromising on either morals or quality. And of creating continuous growth on a solid foundation of commercial acumen, customer service, and competence.

Today, we create turnkey buildings, steel structures, concrete elements, and steel cladding with unique design flexibility and high quality – always delivered on time and at the agreed price. In close cooperation with our customers, we are proud to turn ideas and needs into reality and create results that exceed expectations.

DS Group companies

The DS Group consists of the companies DS Flexhal, DS Stålkonstruktion, DS Elcobyg, and DS Stålprofil.
The Group is headquartered in Hobro, with branch offices in Aarhus and Roskilde, as well as sales offices in Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

Sustainability

Sustainability

Responsibility has been a focus area for the DS Group companies for many years. This applies to our cooperation with customers and partners as well as our internal work processes. We have therefore established a joint interdisciplinary sustainability group that coordinates efforts related to certifications and internal initiatives.

In projects where the framework allows, relevant environmental considerations are incorporated into the design and planning phase, for example, in connection with material selection and resource consumption.

The DS Group is a member of the Danish Council for Sustainable Building, which serves as a knowledge and networking forum for the construction and real estate industry. Membership helps us keep up with developments in standards, tools, and recommendations in the field.

Work Environment

Work Environment

At the DS Group, we have a constant focus on the health and safety of our employees. To ensure a smooth and efficient decision-making process in matters regarding the work environment, we have decentralised that part of the organisation. Consequently, all daily decisions regarding the work environment are made within the individual work environment groups.

We know that our employees are our most important resource.
The DS Group has a strong corporate culture, where dialogue and cooperation are the focal points of our success.

CSR and sponsorships
