A growth journey since 1969

Svend Møller Hansen established his first company in Hobro in 1969. From there, Dansk Stålkonstruktion grew, and through the acquisition of several companies, including within concrete production, all companies were brought together in 1999 under DS Group, which today consists of DS Flexhal, acting as a turnkey contractor delivering all types of commercial construction, DS Stålkonstruktion, which designs, produces and installs steel structures, DS Elcobyg, which designs and produces concrete elements, and DS Stålprofil, which supplies roofing and façade cladding in thin sheet steel. DS Group has its head office in Hobro and sales offices in Norway, Sweden and Germany.

DS Group and all its companies are owned by GOLDBECK, which under the ambition “building excellence” constructs around 500 forward-looking properties each year across Europe. GOLDBECK employs more than 13,000 people at over 100 locations across Europe.
